Planting the seeds of creativity
Century Fine Arts: Expanding your creative mind through the study of music and theatre arts
A 6-weeks photography workshop focusing on a hands-on fundamental approach to photography.
Students will be given perimeters for image projects and will learn to articulate their vision and artistic choices, by using backstory to learn to take a photo with intent. We will learn from famous photographers’ images, compare and contrast in a discussion class format. Learn how to take a beautiful photo and turn that “selfie” into a work of art. Each session will include viewing and discussion of each student’s image project.
Final Project/Exhibit: Creating a photograph with intent. Each student will create four images executing 4 tasks to demonstrate their ability to create one image they want to produce in their head before they take the shot.
